How do I access my items?

After you checkout, we will send you a link to your items by email and text message. This link will take you to your online pass. Your online pass is a mobile friendly website that has everything you will need.

What do I do if I lost the link to my pass?

Go here to request a new link to your pass:
https://app.bandwango.com/dashboard/request * All we need is the email address you used during checkout. A new link will immediately be sent by email and text message.

Why can't I find all my items in my pass?

All items expire after a certain amount of time if they are not used. Once they expire, they are eventually removed from your pass.

Terms & Conditions

Colorado Passport Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Passport Program (the “Program”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the State of Colorado (the “State”), acting by and through the Colorado Tourism Office (“CTO”), in relation to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you accept and agree with these Terms.

1. Changes to the Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting changes on colorado.com/passport-terms You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. You accept any amended Terms by continuing to participate in the Program after changes are posted.

2. Must be 18 Years of Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is participating in the Program without your consent, please contact us at passport@colorado.com, and we will remove your child’s account.

3. Privacy. CTO works with third-party partners, Miles Partnership and Bandwango, to operate the Program. Any information you provide through the Program is treated in accordance with Bandwango’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bandwango.com/legal/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”). By participating in the Program, you consent to the use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Program Details.
a. Definitions.
i. Voucher: Digital proof that entitles the holder to certain goods, services, or experiences offered by a Merchant.
ii. Merchant: The business or entity identified on a Voucher that is responsible for providing goods, services, or experiences offered on a Voucher.

b. Passports.
i. The Program offers multiple varieties of Colorado Passports with different collections of curated attractions, retailers, and restaurants.
ii. You may sign up for one or more Colorado Passports.

c. Vouchers.
i. Generally. Passports may include Vouchers for deals and discounts that are redeemable when you visit participating Merchants. When you visit a participating Merchant, show your phone to staff to redeem any available discounts or deals.
ii. Passholder Support and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with a Voucher, contact Bandwango Passholder Support at the information below. Bandwango Passholder Support will address your concerns and do its best to resolve the issue. Voucher extensions will only be considered for unused passes or items still within the activation period. Extensions will not be granted beyond 365 days from the purchase date. Extension requests for events and specific time-sensitive admissions will not be honored. Refunds or exchanges for unredeemed vouchers are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests for events, attractions, and specific admissions may not be honored.

iii. Release. The Merchant is fully responsible for the quality and care of all goods and services it offers and for any injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, or costs (“Liabilities”) you may incur directly or indirectly, whether related to the Voucher’s use or not. By accepting these terms, you waive and release CTO, Miles Partnership, and Bandwango, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission by the Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, or invitees in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services, or experiences provided.

d. Check-Ins.
i. Generally. You can use your mobile device to check-in at Merchants or attractions included in various Passports. To check in, enable your location on your mobile device and tap “Check-In” once you’re at a participating attraction. Once you’ve checked in successfully, a gray checkmark will appear on your device screen.
ii. Sweepstakes. When you use your mobile device to check in at a participating attraction beginning on or around January 15, 2026, you will earn an entry to our Colorado Passport Sweepstakes. Please see the Sweepstakes Official Rules here for more details.

Disclaimers.
i. General Disclaimer. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE STATE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND ENDORSEMENTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ii. Accuracy. We make no representation or warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or currentness of information or content provided in the Program. Such information is also subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue. Your participation in the Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.  By participating in the Program, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado for any action arising from these Terms. Any dispute concerning your participation in the Program shall be resolved in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.

7. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the State, and supersede any and all prior terms, agreements, representations, or warranties concerning your participation in the Program.  

8. Severability. Any invalid or unenforceable provision in these Terms shall be deemed severed from this agreement to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the invalidity or unenforceability, and the remainder of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.   

9.No Waiver. The State’s failure to act with respect to any breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit the State’s rights or remedies with respect to any such breach or subsequent breaches.  

10. Governmental Immunity. Notwithstanding all other provisions in these Terms, liability for claims for injuries to persons or property arising from the negligence of the State, its departments, boards, commissions committees, bureaus, offices, employees and officials shall be controlled and limited by the provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, § 24-10-101, et seq., C.R.S.; the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. Pt. VI, Ch. 171 and 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), and the State’s risk management statutes, §§ 24-30-1501, et seq. C.R.S.  No term or condition of these Terms shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, express or implied, of any of the immunities, rights, benefits, protections, or other provisions contained in these statutes.

Effective Date: The Effective Date of these Terms is 10/29/25.


Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected solely for processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is only disclosed as required by applicable law. During checkout, you may choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, you will receive communications as specified.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Voucher, we encourage you to contact Bandwango Passholder Support to resolve the issue. Our team will inquire and address your concerns.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 am PT - 5 pm MST.
Refunds: Refunds or exchanges for unredeemed vouchers are considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory resolution. Refund requests for events, attractions, and specific admissions may not be honored, but we will do our best to assist you.


Extensions:

If you need an extension for Voucher Activation, please contact passholder support to discuss your request. Extensions will only be considered for unused passes or items still within the activation period. Extensions will not be granted beyond 365 days from the purchase date. Extension requests for events and specific time-sensitive admissions will not be honored.

Third-Party Refunds and Exchanges: Terms and conditions for Online Travel Agencies may vary. Please refer to the specific third-party terms and conditions for details.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Eligibility:
Employees of the State of Colorado or any of its state-level agencies, departments, or divisions including their contracted agencies and vendors are welcome to sign up and participate in the program; however, they are not eligible to win any prizes, incentives, or promotional giveaways associated with this program or any services offered by the Released Parties. By participating in any prize-related component of the program, you confirm that you are not employed by the State of Colorado. The Released Parties reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms.
